How to choose the right Strongman Sandbag for your purposes
Sandbags are great workout equipment because those are relatively cheap compared to barbells and dumbells. One advantage is that sandbags are more kind to your garage floor. If you are looking for great allround fitness equipment then this is it. You can use it as a replacement for a barbell or kettlebell. The Original is also suited for Obstacle course and Spartan race training because the weight used in these competitions doesn’t exceed 165 lbs. We are providing sandbags for the Ultimate Fitness Run held in Spokane, Washington.

Why choose Medium or Large
If you are training for strongman or strongwoman then we recommend that you choose one or both of these. Also if you want to do CrossFit type of training these sandbags can take the beating. Exercises like lifting the sandbag to your shoulder and dropping. These sandbags are made of 2 layers of extra tough 1000D nylon Cordura fabric. So these can really take the punishment.
